Integrative Therapy in The Hague

A holistic approach to the body, emotions and the search for meaning

Integrative therapy views the person as a whole: body, emotions, mind and the deeper dimension of being.

Welcoming every dimension of your experience

It embraces your experience in all its dimensions: physical sensations, thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships and the search for meaning.

The resources already within you

This approach is based on the idea that we already carry within us many of the resources and answers we need.

The therapeutic process creates the space in which these inner resources can emerge, become clearer and unfold naturally.

A path towards reconciliation with yourself

Integrative therapy is not only about relieving symptoms or overcoming difficulties.

It can also become a path towards reconciliation with yourself, allowing you to gradually rediscover a sense of wholeness, presence and inner coherence.

Shiatsu

A body-based and energetic approach to the whole person

Shiatsu supports the body’s natural capacity for healing.

Rooted in the Japanese tradition and inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it works with the meridians, the energetic pathways that run throughout the body. Like acupuncture, but without needles, shiatsu uses therapeutic touch to support the harmonious flow of vital energy.

Body, emotions and energy: inseparable dimensions

In this approach, the body, emotions, mind and energy are not seen as separate dimensions, but as different expressions of the same living reality.

Physical tension may be connected to emotional experience. Likewise, when an emotion finds space to be recognised, expressed or integrated, the body can also begin to release.

Change may arise at different levels and gradually influence the whole person.

Shiatsu for stress, emotional imbalance and chronic pain

Shiatsu can support people experiencing stress, emotional overload, fatigue, as well as certain forms of chronic pain and physical tension.

It offers a space where physical and emotional experiences can be welcomed together, rather than being treated as separate issues.

A holistic approach to personal transformation

Shiatsu considers the whole person. The body, emotions, personal history, relationships and life circumstances are all part of the therapeutic process.

Rather than focusing solely on relieving symptoms, shiatsu supports a broader process of balance, self-awareness and personal transformation.

Energy Healing

A subtle approach to the body, emotions and energy

My energy healing approach has evolved over more than twenty years of shiatsu practice.

It supports the person beyond the physical body, including the emotional and unconscious dimensions of their experience.

Energy healing, limiting beliefs and emotional balance

Energy healing can support the transformation of long-standing emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, as well as periods of stress, emotional overload, anxiety and fatigue.

It offers a space to reconnect with yourself, where inner tension can gradually soften and a more authentic relationship with your inner experience can emerge.

Energy healing and physical tension

Energy healing may also support certain forms of physical tension or chronic pain, particularly when they are connected with stressful life experiences, emotional burdens or prolonged periods of stress.

The work is always approached holistically, considering the body and inner experience as inseparable.

A holistic approach to the body–mind–emotion system

In this approach, the body, emotions and mind are understood as deeply interconnected and continuously influencing one another.

A shift at one level can naturally support change and reorganisation throughout the whole person.

Energy healing in person or online

Sessions are available both in person and online, with the same quality of presence, attention and care.

Each session is adapted to the individual and to what is present in the moment.

Therapy Through Art

A creative and therapeutic approach

Creative expression offers a unique way of accessing your inner world.

It gives form to what is sometimes difficult to express in words: an emotion, a tension, a feeling, an inner image or a lived experience.

Creative expression, emotions and the inner world

Bringing these experiences into movement through creative expression can help create distance from emotions that feel overwhelming or difficult to contain.

Rather than being completely identified with them, you begin to observe them, give them space and allow them to be expressed.

Creativity as a path of inner transformation

The creative process becomes a way of exploring, integrating and transforming whatever is asking for attention.

It is part of a therapeutic approach in which creative expression supports inner growth and allows personal experience to unfold at its own pace.

No artistic experience required

No artistic skills or previous experience are needed.

The emphasis is not on technique or aesthetic results, but on creating a safe space for exploration, awareness and authentic expression.
